Description We are a pop up style dining experience. We will be featured at Melgard Public House at 7505 Melrose Ave. for foreseeable future on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. We will feature a 3 course menu for $35, 6 course menu for $55 and a beer & wine pairing for $18. No matter which location we pop up at the food philosophy remains the same, which is to never do the same dishes. “I don’t want to fall asleep, we need to evolve and create” says Chef Cyril.
